When a power cut occurs, the Cactos energy storage system automatically starts supplying power to your property. This ensures that your production lines and elevators keep running.

Unlike diesel generators, which are useful only during outages, Cactos works for you 100% of the time—without local emissions. With Cactos, you can shield yourself from electricity price fluctuations, lower your costs associated with peak demand, and store locally generated green energy for later use.
During exceptionally long outages, battery capacity may not be sufficient. However, most outages in Finland, for example, last under four hours—a duration for which Cactos systems are well-prepared.
For example, if your property consumes 40 kWh per hour and your Cactos system has a usable capacity of 130 kWh, your property could run fully on backup power for a bit over three hours.
Launched in February 2023, the Cactos Cardo is designed for properties needing backup power and properties with smaller electricity connections. Multiple Cardo units can be installed in parallel to meet your requirements. For instance, a system with five Cardo units offers a total capacity of 650 kWh and 225 kVA power.
